What is Research?

Research is the investigation process taken to discover information which supports a hypothesis or topic. To briefly explain what research is used for in Nela, lets use our example company "Orange" who wants to develop a list of pre-installed apps for their new phone. They know from researching and using popular apps from other companies, less people used apps such as 'Stock market' and the default 'Web browser', whereas more people used 'Fitness' and 'Find my phone' apps. 

From this, Orange can begin a test with new app updates on existing Ophone 8 users, to determine if this research is valid for their customer base.
