Asana Integration

Nela is currently integrated with Asana, one of the most popular project management tools. The integration allows Nela to:

•  Sync tests with tasks on Asana.

Note: this integration is incomplete - we'll be adding more features if we see users using it! 

Integration Your Asana Account with Nela

1. To connect your Asana account, click on your profile icon and select “Profile/Settings”. In the “Integrations” tab, you can find your Asana integration.
   
2. To sync tests with tasks on Asana, you will have to go to your desired test and click on “Actions” on the top right hand corner of the test.
   
3. When you click on it, you will be prompted to select a workspace, the project, due date and assign it to a user. These are the workspaces in connected to your Asana account.
   
   Note: the “users” in this popup are the users in your Asana that exist in your selected workspace.
   
   
4. This is how your test  will appear in your Asana.
   
   
   Note: I recommend that you use Nela to document for consistency purposes. It is important to remember that Nela sends messages to Asana, not the other way around. So if you click Complete Test on Nela, it will automatically complete on Asana.
